From 2012 to 2014 I wrote email copy for all of TalkTalk’s services (mobile, TV and broadband) on a daily basis.

I was also involved in the design of TalkTalk’s first 40 weekly TV ezines (see examples below). The friendlier, more conversational tone we developed has since been implemented across their other TV email templates.
